The Pro Plan
The pro plan provides a quarterly bookeeping system for those who prefer a more hans-on record-keeping approach. We provide the tools needed on the road for easy receipt and record keeping with two options.
Option 1:
Simply total reciepts, enter the totals on the quarterly report form and mail them to us in the postage-paid envelopes provided for your convince.
Option 2:
Simply total receipts, enter the totals on the quarterly report form and upload them through our secure file pro app.
In return, we use your numbers to provide a profit and loss statement This report is also used to calculate your estimated tax payments.
As a Pro Plan Member, you can rest easy when April 15th rolls around! Your federal and state returns are included in the fee.
The VIP Plan
The VIP Plan is for clients who prefer to have the experts take care of it for you.
This is a stress-free plan to make it easier for life on the road, while we do all the work for you! You have the option to use mail postage or our portal application.
Mail Postage:
All you would need to do is collect your montly reciepts and settlements in the postage-paid envelopes provided for your convience, fill in your name, milage, & nights away from home, and mail it out.
Portal Application:
With our secure file pro portal, you can take pictures of your receipts and upload them through the encrypted app that makes your personal information safe to send directly to your accountant.
Also, your federal and state return are included in the fee.
